Who is Linden Clover?
Linden Clover is made up of Lindsey Gomes & Sarah Kathleen - two established wedding photographers who are joining forces to take the wedding industry by storm. Together we have 20 years combined wedding photography experience. We have carefully curated a style of photography that is true to both our art forms, so you get the best parts of both of us, but uniquely true to Linden Clover.
Who photographs our engagement session?
Both of us! We have been friends for 7 years, and over those years have gotten to know the ebb and flow of one another's work style. Somehow we are able to gracefully dance this photography dance without stepping on each other's toes or being too "in your face." Don't ask us how, we just WORK.
How far in advance should I book a wedding photographer?
As soon as you find the photographer for you, book em. Don't give someone else the chance to steal them out from under you.
We typically book a year or so in advance, so there is no "too soon".
Even if you don't have a solid wedding date or venue, we'd love to start the conversation!
What is “full day” wedding coverage?
Full day wedding coverage is at least 8hrs on your wedding day. Any more than that and we start to see double vision (which we are willing to do, and we'll bill you later).
What type of equipment do you use?
We both have Canon 5d Mark III’s and all prime lenses, and shoot 100% digital RAW photos.
How do I book my wedding date with you?
To reserve your wedding date, we requires a $1000 retainer fee and a signed contract. Final payment is due 2 weeks before your wedding date.

Do you travel?
Yes! We have our passports & baby sitters at the ready! Please contact us about your destination wedding and we can talk travel details.
Do I get high-res images from the day?
Yes! Along with the online gallery to look at you get all the high-res, edited images on a USB flash drive. The online gallery is an easy way to share the entire wedding day with your family and friends.
How long is the turnaround time for photos?
2-3 weeks for engagement photos, 8-10 weeks for wedding photos. Best believe we will email you the MINUTE your online gallery is live.
We don't really need engagement photos, would we receive a discount if we opted out?
Spending time with and getting to know you is incredibly important to us. You will likely spend the most time on your wedding day with us (whether you realize we're there or not), so it's crucial that you trust us and feel more like a friend is following you around with a camera, opposed to a perfect stranger. The best way to get those natural feeling photos is to hang out a little before your wedding day. Trust us, it gets the awkwardness out of the way so that you can just relax on your wedding day. Sooooo -- no, there is no "opt out" discount :)
What does an engagement session look like?
Your engagement session will last around 2 hours (typically the 2 hours before sunset), where we will adventure around whichever location we previously decided on. We take your personality and history into account when choosing a location -- is there somewhere that's special to you as a couple? are you more urban or natural people? or, if you don't have ANY idea, we'll choose a location for you. And don't worry, we know that chances are you haven't done this before -- so we'll HELP you. We have fun games and conversation topics up our sleeve to help create a space for you guys to just BE IN LOVE, and we'll capture it as it happens. There will be little to zero "put your hand here, tilt your head there, hold your breath, say cheese, smile less" bull crap -- we're all about what's REAL, whatever that means for you. We promise it's not as scary as you think.
What should I wear to an engagement session?
Our only recommendation is to wear something that you feel comfortable and YOU in. Feel free to bring 2 outfits, as some looks photograph differently that others. Use this as a reason to get dressed up with your love!! Whatever you do, please don’t wear matching white shirts and jeans, or we'll send you home to change. Wear something awesome! Go buy a new outfit you feel comfortable in and that makes you feel pretty. This is about your love for each other, not stressing about what to wear. If you’re still stuck – search pinterest.
Can I upload my wedding/engagement photos to Facebook/Instagram once I get the USB drive?
Yes! Please do! We love Facebook & Instagram. As stated in our contract however, we ask you do not alter the edited photos with any filters and also highly appreciate a photo credit :)
